Job summary

Atlantis The Royal Dubai is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support executive culinary leadership in managing kitchen operations in an ultra-luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah. This position focuses on food production, hygiene compliance, and team coordination to ensure high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within a five-star international hotel chain.
• 1 to 2 years experience in a Sous Chef or comparable supervisory role.
• Proven leadership in high-volume or multi-cuisine kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in directing kitchen production and service planning.
• Supervise culinary teams to ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Enforce hygiene and sanitation practices in line with UAE food safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and kitchen inventory to prevent shortages.
