Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading and organizing all kitchen operations to the highest standards. You will ensure hygiene, manage stock levels, coordinate with other departments, and train staff to uphold service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Catering or 5 years in a luxury international chain, plus 1–2 years in a similar role with Western cuisine experience for high-volume outlets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Western cuisine experience for high-volume restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and organize kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in your areas.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate inter-department requests.
• Train staff to uphold SOPs and service standards.
