Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an attentive Reservation Agent to manage guest inquiries, process reservations, and uphold luxury service standards. You will identify guest needs, explain policies, and coordinate with the front desk to ensure seamless stays.

Document special requests and answer questions regarding property facilities.
Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue.
Input and access data within the reservation system accurately.
Follow proper escalation procedures for guest concerns.
Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
