• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Verify availability of room type and rate.
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
• Input and access data in the reservation system.
• Follow company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality and protect guest information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; address guests’ service needs.
