Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. seeks a Resort Manager/Hotel Manager to lead property operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Spa, Recreation and Security.

You will report to the Executive Committee, shaping operating strategies and delivering the brand service vision while driving revenue and guest satisfaction. This is a high-impact leadership role at a premier Ras Al Khaimah property.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major.
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major.

Responsibilities

• Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations and acts as General Manager in absence.
• Develops and implements operational strategies across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Spa & Recreation, Security/Loss Prevention.
• Leads executive committee and department heads to meet brand service and financial targets.
• Oversees profitability, revenue growth and guest satisfaction while ensuring ROI.
