Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Verify availability of room type and rate; explain guarantees, special rates, and cancellation policies.
• Accommodate and document special requests; input codes and rates into the reservation system.
