Jumeirah invites applications for an Assistant Manager - Member Experience. You will serve as the on-property support network across multiple properties, coordinating member requests and reservations, and ensuring top-tier, personalised service.

Your role centers on anticipating member needs, managing experiences, and driving high-quality outcomes. You will build relationships with VIP and UHNW clients, leveraging Dubai's luxury landscape to craft unique experiences while maintaining discretion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest relations, lifestyle management, or related client-facing environment.
• Experience with high-profile, VIP or HNW/UHNW clientele and personalised service.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and coordinate complex requests.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's luxury hospitality, dining, wellness, and lifestyle landscape.
• Proactive, discreet, solutions-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-property support network across properties.
• Coordinate member requests from Membership Experience Managers and members.
• Manage reservations across outlets, spas, clubs, and guest rooms via applicable software.
• Ensure member requests are fulfilled with high personalisation and quality.
• Strengthen relationships and tailor experiences to members' lifestyles and needs.
