• Ensure member requests are fulfilled with high levels of personalization and quality across the Jumeirah portfolio and related assets.
• Strengthen relationships and personalize experiences by understanding each member's lifestyle, preferences, and needs to maximize renewal potential.
• Create new experiences by customizing and combining existing offerings within the Jumeirah portfolio.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Member Experience to join Jumeirah Invitation Only.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Act as our teams primary support network on property, floating over the various properties and coordinating member requests from our Membership Experience Managers and that of our members. Keeping all team members informed on the overall status of pre-arrival, time on property, and post departure (when applicable).
• Support the coordinating of reservations, be that in our outlets, Talise Spa’s, J-Clubs, Beach Clubs, or guest rooms by using the applicable software or contacting colleagues as needed.
• Ensure that all of members’ requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the highest levels of personalisation and quality across all existing offerings within the Jumeirah portfolio, Dubai Holdings assets, or individual global requests. This includes coordination all aspects of a hotel, dining, wellness, entertainment, or outdoor event to include transportation, reservations, personalized touches and payment. Members will have a membership app available to facilitate some experiences, but constant back-end support will be required.
• Support the strengthening of each relationship and personalise each experience by deeply understanding each member’s unique lifestyle, preferences and needs whilst maximising the likelihood of their renewal.
• Play an integral part of creating new experiences for our members by customizing and combining existing offerings within the Jumeirah portfolio that are relevant to their preferences.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest relations, lifestyle management, or a related client-facing environment.
• Currently supporting high-profile, VIP, or HNW/UHNW clientele with a strong focus on personalised service and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs, coordinate complex requests, and deliver exceptional end-to-end experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's luxury hospitality, dining, wellness, entertainment, and lifestyle landscape, supported by an established professional network.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, values discretion and confidentiality, and is committed to exceeding expectations.
