Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concierge Manager in hospitality.
• Experience working in an international environment with strong cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional approach when assisting residents and guests.
• Handle queries and requests efficiently using guest names when appropriate.
• Oversee luggage services and supervise colleagues to prevent delays or damage.
• Keep Opera Telephone Book information updated with restaurants, bars, airlines, malls, and facilities.
• Address guest complaints promptly in line with Jumeirah service standards.
• Manage concierge operations including records, duty rosters, and compliance with SOPs.
• Identify training needs and supervise training sessions to enhance team capability.
