Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager - Front Office to join our luxury team in Dubai. This role oversees Front Office operations, room inspections, and guest service delivery while coordinating with other departments to maintain exceptional standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Guest Services/Front Office within luxury hospitality, with proven leadership, coaching, and relationship-building abilities to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 35 years of experience in Guest Services/Public Relations/Front Office in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relations.
• Excellent guest engagement and service-excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations in line with service standards and property strategy.
• Conduct room inspections to assess availability and standards compliance.
• Coordinate activities within designated areas to improve teamwork and service delivery.
• Attend daily briefings and meetings to disseminate information and align the team.
• Manage bookings and overbooking situations; resolve guest issues promptly.
• Oversee team performance, drive standards, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
