Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager (National Talent) to join Inside Burj Al Arab. You will oversee daily operations across key areas, manage rosters, and act as the main guest contact to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial hospitality role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
• Previous guest service experience in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tour operations across Welcome Foyer, 25th Floor Royal Suite, and Experience Suite, providing support to Retail and UMA Bar & Lounge.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staff rosters for seamless coverage.
• Serve as primary contact for guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Generate and distribute daily operational reports (morning/evening) for leadership review.
• Supervise and motivate team members; conduct regular briefings with clear communication of goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and SOPs.
