• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest relations, lifestyle management, or a related client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as our team's primary support network on property, coordinating member requests from Membership Experience Managers and members.
• Coordinate reservations across outlets, Talise Spa, J-Clubs, Beach Clubs, or guest rooms using applicable software or by contacting colleagues.
• Ensure member requests are fulfilled with high levels of personalization and quality across the Jumeirah portfolio and related assets.
• Strengthen relationships and personalize experiences by understanding each member's lifestyle, preferences, and needs to maximize renewal potential.
• Create new experiences by customizing and combining existing offerings within the Jumeirah portfolio.
