Qualifications

Experience in supervising or managing Guest Relations/Concierge teams.
Strong knowledge of guest service and hotel operations.
Experience in five-star or luxury hotel environments.

Responsibilities

The Guest Relations & Concierge Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the Guest Relations and Concierge functions, ensuring exceptional, personalized, and seamless experiences for all guests.
The role provides strong operational leadership across guest engagement, concierge services, VIP and high-profile guest management, special occasions, service recovery, and guest satisfaction.
