About The Role

The Guest Relations & Concierge Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the Guest Relations and Concierge functions, ensuring exceptional, personalized, and seamless experiences for all guests.

The role provides strong operational leadership across guest engagement, concierge services, VIP and high-profile guest management, special occasions, service recovery, and guest satisfaction. The Manager is responsible for developing a high-performing team, maintaining luxury service standards, and ensuring effective collaboration across all hotel departments to consistently exceed guest expectations.

About You

Ideal candidate has previous supervisory or management experience in Guest Relations/ Concierge, Front Office, or luxury hospitality with strong knowledge of guest service and hotel operations. Experience in a five-star or luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
