- Manage VIP and high-profile guests with discretion and tact.
- Oversee service recovery and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to maintain luxury standards.
- Develop a high-performing Guest Relations team through coaching.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to guest requests and issues.
