About The Role

The Assistant Manager, Guest Relations at Atlantis The Palm is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the Guest Relations and Concierge functions, ensuring exceptional, personalized, and seamless experiences for all guests. The role provides strong operational leadership across guest engagement, concierge services, VIP and high-profile guest management, special occasions, service recovery, and guest satisfaction. The Assistant Manager, Guest Relations is responsible for developing a high-performing team, maintaining luxury service standards, and ensuring effective collaboration across all hotel departments to consistently exceed guest expectations.

About You

Ideal candidate for this role has consistent experience in 5 star ultra luxury hospitality, especially in VIP or butler services, strong leadership and supervisory skills and proficiency in local knowledge and concierge-level services. We are on a lookout for a candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills, team player and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
