Career Nest Academy seeks a Sales & Events Executive in Dubai to drive revenue through corporate dinners, brand activations, and private buyouts. You will leverage a Rolodex of corporate clients and agencies across the UAE to close deals and curate elevated dining experiences.

The role focuses on end-to-end event sales, from inquiry qualification and proposals to contracts and on-the-day client relations, with a target to exceed revenue benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proactive sales in upscale hospitality or events in Dubai.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients and event management agencies in UAE.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners and private events.
• Leverage existing UAE-based networks across corporate, agencies, and high-net-worth hosts.
• Manage end-to-end sales, proposals, contracts, and on-the-day client relations.
