You will manage end-to-end event sales, nurture relationships with corporate clients and agencies, and exceed monthly revenue targets while delivering elevated dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of proactive sales in Dubai's upscale hospitality or events.
• Verified UAE network of corporate clients, event agencies, and private high-end hosts.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently and drive revenue.
• Excellent English communication and polished presence; Russian/European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and buyouts.
• Leverage existing UAE network of agencies, corporate accounts, and private hosts.
• Manage end-to-end sales: inquiries, tailored proposals, contracts, and on-the-day client relations.
• Proactively expand new business pipelines across Dubai's corporate and nightlife circuits.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
