Job summary

The Career Nest in Dubai is hiring a Sales & Events Executive to drive corporate, social, and private buyouts for a premier hospitality concept. The role centers on closing high-value deals, curating elevated dining experiences, and leveraging an established Dubai network to secure confirmed covers.

You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close opportunities, manage bespoke proposals, and oversee contract signings and on-the-day client relations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in proactive sales and business development within upscale hospitality, nightlife, or luxury events in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage networks of event agencies, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth hosts across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from inquiry to contracts and on-the-day client relations.
• Network across Dubai’s corporate and lifestyle circuits to source new business.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
