Career Nest Academy in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales & Events Executive to drive revenue for a premium restaurant and bar concept. You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts, leveraging a luxury UAE network.

The role requires a proven track record in upscale hospitality sales, a strong local rolodex, and the ability to close contracts independently.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proactive sales and business development in Dubai's upscale hospitality or events sectors.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients, event agencies, and high-end hosts in the UAE.
• Fluent English; Russian or European languages are a strong plus for key markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners and private buyouts.
• Leverage a network of event agencies, MNC accounts, concierge desks, and high-net-worth clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales: inquiries, tailored proposals, contracts, and on-day client relations.
• Network across Dubai's corporate and lifestyle circuits to build new business pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
