Career Nest Academy in Dubai seeks a Sales & Events Executive to spearhead corporate, social, and private buyouts for a premium hospitality concept. This is a revenue-focused role for a connector who closes deals and curates elevated dining experiences.

You will leverage a UAE network of event agencies, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth clients to drive venue revenue, qualify inquiries, present bespoke proposals, and manage contracts and on-day relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of proactive sales and business development in upscale Dubai hospitality.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients, event management agencies, and private hosts in the UAE.
• Fluent English; Russian or European language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners and private events.
• Leverage existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth clients in the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiries, proposals, menus, contracts, and on-the-day client relationships.
• Network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to build new pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
