Career Nest Academy seeks a Sales & Events Executive to drive revenue for a premium hospitality concept in Dubai. You will source corporate dinners, brand activations, and private buyouts, leveraging a strong UAE network of planners and high-net-worth clients.

This is a revenue-focused hunting role requiring closing deals, curating elevated dining experiences, and converting relationships into confirmed covers. You will join a vibrant venue team with ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proactive sales and business development in Dubai's upscale hospitality or events sectors.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients and agencies in the UAE.
• Ability to close contracts independently.
• Fluent English; Russian or European languages a plus.
• Based in UAE with market familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners and buyouts.
• Leverage existing UAE corporate clients and agencies.
• Manage end-to-end event sales from inquiry to contracts and on-the-day management.
• Network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife and lifestyle circuits to build pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
