A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness in public areas of residential properties. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, corridors, and common spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Candidates should have experience in housekeeping and knowledge of cleaning techniques. Excellent time management and attention to detail are essential. This is a full-time position, and no remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day.
• Basic English language skills for communication.
• Understanding of local customs and practices in Dubai is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators and common spaces.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing surfaces.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to residents' requests and concerns.
