Kerzner International's Bab Al Shams Desert Resort in Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations. The role requires directing staff, maintaining service standards, and driving profitability within the hotel's five-star framework.

You will manage shifts, uphold SOPs, train colleagues, develop the menu in collaboration with the outlet chef, and implement strategies to grow market share while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel or restaurant management.
• HACCP certification.
• 3–4 years in a similar five-star hotel role.
• Restaurant and Bars experience.
• Ability to meet financial targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and uphold brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates all activities and provides assistance to the staff in the restaurant and bar assigned.
• Ensures service standards and procedures of The Bab Al Shams Hotel are met to guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Manages all aspects of Outlet(s) within F&B including staff development and increasing sales.
• Monitors workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides hands-on support.
• Monitors cashiering to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Develops and utilizes a guest database for recognition and personalization.
• Implements strategies to increase market share for the Outlet.
• Ensures SOPs are updated and communicated to relevant departments.
