Job summary

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations within a luxury five-star setting. You will direct staff, uphold service standards, and drive profitability through effective cost controls and SOPs.

The role requires 3–4 years in a similar five-star hotel, HACCP certification, and strong leadership with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or equivalent.
• HACCP certification.
• 3–4 years in a similar five-star hotel role.
• Experience in restaurant and bars operations.
• Bar training and mixology.
• Able to meet financial targets and brand standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in teams.
• Excellent grooming and communication skills.
• Willingness to develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates restaurant and bar activities and staff.
• Ensures service standards and guest satisfaction under F&B Manager guidance.
• Manages outlet operations, shifts, SOPs and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Monitors workflow and supports during service to ensure quality.
• Reviews and implements SOPs; updates as needed.
• Develops marketing and revenue strategies for the outlet.
• Meets customer and regulatory needs and trains staff accordingly.
• Ensures inventory and upkeep of equipment and spaces.
• Conducts briefings and performance reviews to improve service.
