Job summary

You will lead staff, optimize profitability, ensure service standards, and enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining brand integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent required.
• HACCP certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years in a similar five‑star hotel role with strong F&B operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all restaurant and bar activities to meet service standards and guest expectations.
• Manages outlet teams, shifts, training, and performance to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversees SOPs, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Develops marketing plans, monitors KPIs, and drives strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control across the outlet.
• Attends department meetings and communicates changes to colleagues and other departments.
