Kerzner International seeks an Outlet Team Member to support the Assistant Outlet Manager and Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional service at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort. You will work with the team to ensure guests leave fully satisfied and eager to return, upholding high standards in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel or Restaurant Management Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• HACCP certified.
• 2–3 years in similar position in a five‑star hotel.

Responsabilités

• Assist Outlet Manager and/or Assistant Outlet Manager within hotel policies and standards.
• Distribute work, brief and debrief staff, and manage guest flow and reservations.
• Ensure high standard of the point of sale, equipment handling and service quality.
• Take guests' orders and maintain a warm, professional image.
• Maintain logs, inventories and weekly rosters; ensure staffing levels meet business needs.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
