Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking a Senior F&B Team Leader for Bab Al Shams Desert Resort in Dubai to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and lead a high-performing team across outlets. You will drive guest satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, train staff, and manage beverage programs to deliver memorable experiences in a luxury desert setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel/Restaurant Management Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• HACCP certification or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets).
• Train and develop F&B staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen and procurement.
• Greet guests and address complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus and beverage programs.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Report on F&B performance and implement improvements.
