Kempinski Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead the Food & Beverage outlet team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with Kempinski standards. You will drive sales, manage costs, train staff, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain a high level of service quality.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a solid background in hotel F&B management. Local language skills and knowledge of Excel/Word are desired.

Qualificações

• BA/BSc in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in F&B management role, preferably with a 5* Hotel chain.
• Local language – excellent oral and written skills.
• English – excellent oral and written skills.
• Additional language – beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
• Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
• Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the outlet team to ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with Head of Department and Head Chef to ensure menu execution and quality.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and payroll control with department alignment.
• Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment with the stewarding department.
• Provide training on Kempinski standards and outlet concepts to staff.
• Organise tastings of daily dishes and new menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.
