Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai seeks a non-management Butler to assist in overseeing daily operations of the Butler Department, delivering personalized luxury service and anticipating guest needs. You will support the Butler Manager, coordinate VIP arrivals, maintain guest profiles, and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Related Work Experience: 1+ year in Butler Services, Front Office, Guest Relations, Luxury Hospitality.
Supervisory Experience: 1+ year leading or coordinating a team in hospitality.
License or Certification: None required.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Butler team and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Welcome guests, coordinate arrivals and departures, and fulfill preferences and special requests.
Maintain accurate guest profiles to support personalized service delivery.
Support VIP arrivals, guest engagement, and timely resolution of concerns.
Monitor standards to ensure Forbes service expectations are met.
Assist in training and developing Butler associates to enhance performance.
Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B.
Prepare and review operational reports and guest feedback for consistency.
