Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai is seeking a proactive Concierge Supervisor to support daily operations, ensure personalized service, and assist guests with reservations, transportation, and local experiences.

You will lead Concierge colleagues, train staff, manage VIP requests, build relationships with partners, and ensure seamless communication across departments while maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Concierge team, ensuring personalized, intuitive, and efficient service.
• Assist guests with reservations, transportation, local attractions, and special requests.
• Record, communicate, and follow through on guest requests; coordinate with relevant departments.
• Engage with guests in the lobby to anticipate needs and deliver luxury service.
• Assist management in training, coaching, and developing Concierge staff.
• Monitor staffing and provide guidance during peak periods; foster cross-department collaboration.
