Job summary

Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking a dedicated Butler Supervisor to lead the Butler team and deliver highly personalised anticipatory guest experiences in line with our luxury standards. You will coordinate VIP arrivals, in‑room amenities and liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Concierge for seamless service throughout the stay.

Exceptional English communication, leadership and discretion are essential, with French or Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, preferably Butler services or Front Office operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in five‑star hotel or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages, particularly French or Arabic, are an advantage.
• Well‑groomed, guest‑oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Butler team and deliver exceptional, personalised guest services.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, special occasions and personalised in‑room amenities.
• Maintain close communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge and other departments.
• Conduct regular briefings, coaching sessions and on‑the‑job training.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest preference records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
