Raffles The Palm Dubai invites applications for a Butler role in our luxury hotel. Reporting to the Butler Supervisor, the Butler creates a seamless, personalised guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the Raffles standard and five-star hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a guest-facing luxury hotel environment, a hospitality degree, proficiency in English, and a passion for delivering anticipatory service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years luxury hotel guest-facing experience.
• University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages a plus.
• Butler certification or equivalent training is preferred.
• Familiarity with Forbes/LQA standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Hold thorough practised knowledge of all Butler Service SOPs and brand standards.
• Stay current on Forbes Travel Guide standards and five-star service expectations.
• Operate guest journey across departments to ensure seamless service.
• Initiate meaningful pre-arrival contact and personalise the guest arrival.
• Conduct in-room check-ins and room orientations with warmth.
• Handle guest requests with accountability and follow through to resolution.
• Upsell experiences and services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office and all relevant departments.
