Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking a highly professional Butler to deliver impeccable personalized service in our luxury beachfront resort. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate with departments, and maintain discretion while ensuring an extraordinary stay for discerning guests.

As part of a multicultural team, you will manage guest requests, assist with event planning, and uphold the highest standards of etiquette, confidentiality, and service excellence in a world-class setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with the utmost attention to detail and discretion.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required.
• Assist with event planning and execution for private functions.
• Maintain an organized and immaculate environment in guest suites and common areas.
• Handle guest correspondence and manage schedules as needed.
• Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with flexibility and professionalism.
