Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking a highly professional Butler to deliver tailored, discreet service to our discerning guests. You will anticipate needs, coordinate with departments, and uphold luxury standards to ensure an unforgettable stay.

The role requires excellent communication, impeccable appearance, and flexibility for weekends and holidays in a multicultural setting on the Palm Jumeirah. A background in high-end hospitality and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs.
• Proficiency in etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards.
• Discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest requests, including packing, laundry, and personal shopping.
