Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a guest-facing leadership role within luxury hospitality.
• Experience in multicultural environments and working with high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Relations and Butlers Teams to enhance the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Act as primary point of contact for VIPs and regular guests, delivering personalized experiences.
• Create memorable guest touchpoints, tailor experiences, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive innovative changes in service delivery.
