Al Tayer Motors, a premium UAE automotive group, seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, discuss servicing needs, and capture repair requirements accurately. You will prepare clear instructions for technicians and ensure work progresses with regular updates to customers.

The role requires 2–5 years in automotive trade, plus vocational or diploma qualifications, and a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced workshop environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in automotive trade or equivalent.
• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate degree.
• 2-5 years' experience in automotive trade.

Responsibilities

• Receive and greet customers, discuss servicing needs, and guide them on assessment and repair requirements.
• Explain contents, value and cost, and prepare clear work instructions for technicians.
• Organize inspection on job completion to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver the vehicle courteously after repair is completed and settled with the workshop authorities.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers about back-orders and progress to build trust.
• Upsell service packages and accessories during customer interactions.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through training and workshops.
