Al Tayer Motors in the UAE is looking for a service advisor to provide professional customer service by accurately recording and organizing repair and maintenance needs. You will guide customers on assessments, prepare work instructions for technicians, and ensure smooth delivery and invoicing of services.

The role requires 2-5 years in automotive service, a diploma or degree in engineering, and a focus on building lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and quality

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate in a related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in automotive trade.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and discuss servicing and repair needs.
• Explain contents, value and cost, and prepare work instructions for technicians.
• Ensure quality inspection on completion and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver vehicles courteously after repair and finalize charges.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers on service status and future needs.
• Inform customers about back-order parts and arrival dates.
• Upsell accessories and service packages; participate in service campaigns.
• Upgrade product knowledge through training.
• Build cordial relations with customers and workshop staff.
• Follow up on work in progress and long-pending deliveries.
