Kerzner International's Atlantis, The Palm resort in Dubai seeks a Sous Chef to assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading and organizing all kitchen requirements to the highest standards. You will ensure hygiene, manage stocks, coordinate with other departments and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Catering or has 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain, with 1–2 years in a similar role and Western cuisine experience for high-volume

Competenze

• Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position or above.
• Western cuisine experience for high-volume restaurants.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organize kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in assigned areas and maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with other departments and train staff to uphold service standards.
