Job summary

Vesla Rent A Car is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries, collections and fleet movements. You’ll coordinate between branches and customers, plan daily movements, monitor availability, and ensure on-time handovers and returns.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics or fleet coordination, strong planning, and proficiency with MS Office. Car rental software experience, including Speed System, is a plus. Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain, business admin or related field.
• Experience in logistics or fleet coordination is valued.
• Car rental logistics experience is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our car rental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle deliveries and collections, managing fleet movements, monitoring vehicle availability, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Candidates should have strong coordination skills and experience in the car rental or automotive industry.

Vehicle Logistics & Coordination

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, and transfers between branches and customers.
• Plan daily vehicle movements and allocate drivers efficiently.
• Monitor vehicle availability and ensure timely delivery and collection.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers, returns, and replacements.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in proper condition.

Fleet & Operations Management

• Monitor fleet availability, vehicle status, and movement records.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, deliveries, and collections.
• Follow up on delayed deliveries, pending collections, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and vehicle documentation requirements.

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with rental agents, branch teams, drivers, and operations staff.
• Prepare daily logistics and fleet movement reports.
• Handle customer requests related to vehicle delivery and collection.
• Resolve logistical issues promptly and escalation major concerns to management.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience in logistics or fleet coordination is highly valued.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in car rental logistics may also be considered.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, fleet coordination, or the car rental industry.
• Good knowledge of vehicle delivery, collection, and fleet movement procedures.
• Experience with car rental software; knowledge of Speed System is an advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and daily reporting.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
