Job summary

Vesla Rent A Car / MRM Investment LLC in Dubai is seeking a reliable Rent A Car Driver to join our team. You will deliver and collect rental vehicles, transfer cars between branches, assist with handovers, and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to UAE traffic regulations and company policies.

The role requires a valid UAE driving licence, knowledge of Dubai roads, and a commitment to safe driving and punctual performance. Fluency in English is preferred; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence mandatory.
• Previous UAE driving experience preferred; car rental experience advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations and navigation apps.
• Safe driving habits and understanding of UAE traffic rules.
• Basic English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect rental vehicles from customers and branches.
• Transfer vehicles between branches and designated locations.
• Assist customers during vehicle handover and return procedures.
• Check vehicle condition before/after delivery and report damages.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery.
• Handle keys, documents, and handover records responsibly.
• Follow schedules for timely deliveries and collections.
• Maintain records of vehicle movements and deliveries.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for daily tasks.
• Report accidents, fines, damages, and mechanical issues promptly.
• Provide courteous, professional service at all times.

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Rent A Car Driver to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting rental vehicles, transferring cars between branches, assisting with vehicle handovers, and ensuring excellent customer service while following UAE traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect rental vehicles from customers, branches, and designated locations.
• Transfer vehicles between branches, parking areas, workshops, and other locations as required.
• Assist customers during vehicle handover and return procedures.
• Check vehicle condition before and after delivery, reporting any damage or issues.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery.
• Handle vehicle keys, documents, and handover records responsibly.
• Follow assigned schedules and ensure timely vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and deliveries.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and operations teams regarding daily assignments.
• Report accidents, traffic fines, vehicle damage, and mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain professional behaviour and provide courteous service to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a driver in the UAE is preferred; car rental experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and navigation applications.
• Safe driving habits and a good understanding of UAE traffic rules.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Punctual, honest, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours according to operational requirements.
• A clean driving record is preferred.
