Job summary

Vesla Rent A Car – MRM Investment LLC is looking for a motivated Car Rental Agent to join our team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The role focuses on handling inquiries, bookings, vehicle handovers, and proactive sales to meet targets.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years in car rental, solid knowledge of procedures and fleet management, and excellent English communication. Arabic is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the car rental industry (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of car rental procedures, agreements, and fleet management.
• Experience with Speed System software is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, rental bookings, and reservations professionally.
• Promote car rental services, packages, and special offers to customers.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their requirements.
• Prepare rental agreements, quotations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery, collection, and return with the operations team.
• Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance coverage, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update bookings in the system.
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly.
