Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.


• Assist customers with vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and returns.


• Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance coverage, and payment procedures.


• Coordinate with the operations team regarding vehicle availability, delivery, and collection.


• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.


• Maintain accurate customer records, rental agreements, and related documentation.


• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, deposits, and rental extensions.


• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the rental process.
