Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi for a Logistics Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire import logistics cycle, ensuring timely and cost-efficient transportation of goods. The role involves close coordination with equipment exporters, clearing and forwarding agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end import operations, including shipment planning, tracking, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain all import-related documentation in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate application and understanding of INCO Terms in all transactions.
  • Coordinate with clearing and forwarding agencies for smooth customs clearance and delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with equipment exporters for shipment scheduling, dispatch, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain records of shipments, import licenses, permits, and related compliance documents.
  • Work closely with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) to align logistics processes with organizational needs.
  • Negotiate with service providers to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/import coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of INCO Terms, import procedures, and documentation.
  • Experience working with clearing and forwarding agencies.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
