Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.
• Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP relevant regulations for the handling, storage and transport of medical devices.
• Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, documentation and issue resolution.
• Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses and customers.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping procedures.
• Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through data-driven insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead or participate in logistics-related projects including system upgrades, vendor evaluations and SOP development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
