Job description

Maintain the swimming pool facility at high standard for residents use. Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the pool that involves supervision of all activities within the pool complex, customer service and other activities associated with running the facilities.

Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with requirements of the Health and Safety policy procedure and legislation.

To maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Ensure the Health and Safety of the employees and the public.

Report all identified hazards, accidents/incidents and near misses to the manager/supervisor.

Maintaining all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with relevant standards.

Train members of the proper and safe use of the pool facility.

Control flow of members scheduled to use the facility on a daily basis.

Handle members complaints effectively, deal courteously & follow up action immediately.

Education/Qualifications
  • Certificate of Secondary School education is must.
  • Pool Life Guard certificate is must (American Red Cross or related institute).
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates are desired.
  • Training Diploma in Various areas of Fitness Activities and Recreation.
