Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, vetting and finalizing commercial and legal agreements
• Coordinating with business divisions for timely execution, registration, day‑to‑day handling and renewal of agreements
• Identifying potential legal issues and mitigating risks associated with company operations
• Providing legal advice on corporate matters and seeking external counsel when necessary
• Managing legal risks and advising on legal issues or concerns
• Handling contract management and maintaining the legal database
• Coordinating with trademark attorneys to protect intellectual property rights
• Managing trade license renewals and legal document registrations

Requirements:
