A leading hospitality and leisure company in Dubai is seeking a Learning Officer. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring development plans for team members while organizing training activities to support their growth. This role also includes advising Department Heads on enhancing team capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should be pursuing a qualification in Human Resources and possess strong administration skills.
As Learning Officer you will be a role model for our Team Members. From day one you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans organizing training activities and supporting them through learning and development opportunities. You will also support the Department Heads with advice on how best to improve team members skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
