Job summary

A leading Dubai-based conglomerate is looking for a B2B Lead Generation Executive. You will research and qualify potential leads, engage with decision-makers, and maintain performance metrics using CRM tools. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience and are fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to 14K AED with commissions.

Job Description
  • Research, identify, and qualify potential B2B leads in target industries/accounts using AI‑powered tools to enrich, prioritize, and personalize outreach.
  • Conduct multi‑channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage decision‑makers, nurture leads, and prepare smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings for the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with internal outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) records, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion results.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English & Arabic languages are a plus, preferably 37 years old and below.
  • At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, with strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills within AI, FinTech, Real Estate or Business Set‑up services.
  • Proficient in high‑volume outbound outreach, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Familiarity with AI‑based prospecting and automation tools to enhance efficiency
