Job summary

The Group invites applications for a Head Chef to lead culinary operations across FIVE venues in a luxury hotel environment, delivering Five-Star service and exquisite presentation. You will coordinate menus, food quality, and staff performance to uphold our brand standards.

Fluency in English and a track record of leadership in high-volume settings are essential, with additional languages a plus. This role requires meticulous hygiene, HACCP compliance, and a passion for outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• 3–5 years as Head Chef in a high-volume Luxury Hotel environment delivering award-winning service.
• Proficient in pizza preparation; experience as pizzaiolo preferred.
• Knowledge of American or Pub cuisine is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring Five-Star quality, presentation and consistency.
• Lead and train kitchen teams; conduct regular meetings and address operational matters.
• Plan and curate menus; develop hand-crafted recipes for tastings approved by the Executive Chef.
